Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is brilliant fun.
The idea of sticking zombies into a Jane Austen novel is great fun.
Seth Grahame-Smith seems to have created an entirely new genre.
It's like taking the mayhem of a genre-hopping vampire book like The Book With No Name by Anonymous and taking it a step further.
Ideal if you didn't enjoy Pride and Prejudice as a kid and want to see the characters take a pasting from some zombies... and I hated reading P&P.
Alternatively if you like Jane Austen it's a great opportunity to re-read the book and enjoy it for an entirely different set of reasons.
I hear the author's next book is about Abraham Lincoln and vampires.
I can't wait!
