Soo... I love Las Vegas poker
I had a story book hand.
At Caesers Palace, I sat down at a No Limit 1-2 Texas Hold Em table
I had the runner getting me $200 in chips, so I physically had NO chips in front of me and was making bets and calls and raises by the dealer's memory.
First hand, I limped in with A-Q to get myself settled.
Flop comes A-A-Q
For the next two hands, I checked and called twice -- STILL WITH NO CHIPS YET! (I was now 100 bucks in the hole with the Nuts.)
Next two cards are irrelevant... so I have the nuts with no more cards to go.
Guy bets a big bet... and I say "All in..."
He replies.. "How much?"
I say... "I have no idea... I have no chips... dealer?"
The dealer announces how much I have remaining and after 3 minutes of thinking about it out loud, he calls...sees what I have and storms out of the casino.
Blammo... $260 just like that and without any chips.
As soon as I finish stacking all of these new chips... my other chips arrived.
You may ask... What did the other guy have? Did he show? Qs?
He had an ace and one of the irrelevant cards so my boat was better.

Tucker's Dad:
I couldn't find another way to contact you, so...I am writing a No-Limit poker book called Tournament Poker: 101 Winning Moves for beginning and intermediate level poker players and I wanted to see if you'd like to provide comments before the book is released on May 1st.
The reason I'm contacting you is that you play the game and you will have a good idea if it is helpful.
The reason I wrote the book is not because there is not enough information on how to play the game, but because the information is scattered throughout a gazillion books, articles, forums, etc. I wanted one place for the top moves and I'm hoping this book will provide help for players.
If you are interested I can email you the pdf. Please let me know.
My website for the book is www.apokerexpert.com.
Thanks,
Mitchell
