Muh beautiful wife recently made a list of 20 movies that she is embarassed that she has never seen. We are planning on watching them all. Does anyone have any of these movies?
I have taken out the ones that we have access to!

I'm glad Maureen hasn't seen all these movies. My in-laws give me a hard time (all the time) that I've never seen Gone With the Wind (#5), It's a Wonderful Life (#6) nor many others not on your list.
I've only seen four of the movies on your list, but don't own any to share with you, but I say "don't watch them"....resist the temptation!!

That is one of the most inane things I have ever heard you say... EVER.
I have seen a great majority of these movies before and they are truly fantastic films. To actively say..don't watch them is a dopey thing to say.
To say that you shouldn't feel embarassed to have not seen them is another.

I have thought about it some more... encouraging people to NOT see good and classic movies is inane.
I, too, must admit that I've only seen 2 of the movies on that list. #5 - Gone with the Wind & #20 - Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Actually, the only reason why I saw Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was because Jamie made me!
I'm sorry to say that I can no longer call Smelmooo's wife my soul mate. I'm so very very disappointed. If only we lived closer, I could loan you about 15 of those :(
In her defense... she is trying! That is the whole point f the list. I already have 8 of the 20 movies. Very exciting.... very..

I agree with ya Smelmooo... to say, "don't watch them," is a dopey thing to say! Most of those movies are great!
Karen, I now fear that you'll REALLY decide I'm not your soul mate when you see the list of 20 books I'm embarrassed never to have read...but, as the Smelmooo pointed out, I'm trying!
