I find it funny that NJ had to send State Troopers to the game. Are there no police in Houston that could have escorted the team? this is Artie Lange's property tax relief suggestion #1.

Second (point, not prop teax relief suggestion)There are 2 players wearing number 4. How many other numbers are duplicated?

It's interesting that you metion that Artie..I said the same thing to my wife as we watched the game....did we (the NJ taxpayers) really have to pay for a cop to fly to Texas?

Ok kids...

When the Governor is some place... he has a trooper with him.

Apparently you all missed the Governor everywhere... he was on the field for most of the game...

So yes Seth... we did need to pay for the Troopers.

Was the Governor in an official capacity at the game? If not, and I think the answer is not, I fail to see why we have to pay for the rich governor's daliances.

Regardless, the Troopers I saw were escorting Schiano. Does he have his own squad of Troopers? Maybe he deserves it. Afterall, he is the highest paid public employee in the state. He gets a million and change, and we can't get a decent education commissioner, because any good professional can make more as a school district superintendent than the $141K (max)the state now pays.
