Sopranos Fans Hypocrites

Anyone who HATED last night's finale is insane.

It was brilliantly written and brilliantly wrapped up a lot of things.

Yes... it left you on the edge of your seat at the end, but it was a great ending.

Life goes on and so will the Sopranos for many of us.

Smelmooo...That Sopranos ending left me in the same frame of mind as you leave Tangent Woman after whoopie...unsatisfied.

Sorry, but brilliant is going a bit overboard for me. It was a good episode...not the best and certainly not the worst. The very end was good, leaving everyone to wonder what happened (for a split second we actually thought the tv cut out). Otherwise it was just okay.

I expected this response from you.

S is rubbing off on you too much.

This is an interesting perspective especially since it is far too linear.

David Chase's Sopranos was innovative because it changed the way stories were told.

It is entirely brilliant and appropriate that he changed the way stories ended as well.

The episode was brilliant in that it showed his paranoia the entire episode and then let you experience it the last 5 minutes.

The extremely visceral reaction people are having is appropriate because it was such a brilliantly filmed sequence.

BRILLIANT!

David Chase is a genius...

Hey Smelmoo, relax! I thought this was a spot for readers to leave THEIR opinions? I'm too linear and letting my husband influence me too much? Anyone who really knows me would know that neither one of those is true...especially the part about the husband (I'm a stubborn-ass with my own view on things). YOu're allowed to believe that David Chase is brilliant and I'm allowed to say that he was, but not this time in my view. :) LW

Boooooring.

Chase is genius.

I didn't call YOU linear. I called your logic linear on this one.

Either way... it was a genius episode.
