Are you asking of George H. W. Bush, or George W. Bush? If we're speaking of the latter, I vote for him, hands down. The man knows what he is doing! If it's the former, then I say Stephen Hawking as H. W. has prolly never poured his own -- fairly certain Barbara does that for him. Or the servants.
